If you buy the Debt Out Sheet, our payment processor collects your name, email address and payment details in order to take the payment and deliver the product. If you send us feedback or request an addition through the buttons on our site, we receive what you typed and, if you chose to give one, your email address.
We use Microsoft Clarity on this site. Clarity records how visitors move through the page — clicks, scrolling, and session replays — so we can see where the page is confusing and fix it. Clarity may set cookies and collect device and browser information. You can read Microsoft's privacy statement at privacy.microsoft.com.
We may also use advertising and measurement tools from Meta (Facebook and Instagram) to understand which ads bring people here and to show ads to people who have visited. These tools may set cookies and share limited event data with Meta. You can manage your Meta ad settings in your Facebook or Instagram account.
We do not sell your personal information. We do not ask for, receive, or store your bank login, account numbers, balances, credit report, or Social Security number. The Debt Out Sheet runs in your own Google account — the numbers you type into it stay with you, and we never see them.
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Use the contact route below and we will action it. You can also block cookies in your browser, and you can opt out of Clarity by using your browser's Do Not Track setting or an ad/tracker blocker.

What you're buying. The Debt Out Sheet is a one-time $7 purchase of a digital spreadsheet template. The Velocity Banking Execution Lab is a separate, optional membership billed at $9 per month, which renews each month until you cancel it. You can cancel at any time inside Skool; canceling stops future charges and does not refund the month already in progress.
What it is. Everything we sell and publish is educational material. It is not financial, legal, investment, or tax advice, it is not a recommendation to enter into any credit agreement, and buying it does not create an advisory or fiduciary relationship between us.
Your responsibility. You are responsible for your own financial decisions and for the accuracy of the numbers you put into the sheet. The sheet does the arithmetic you ask it to do; it does not know your circumstances.
Our material. The sheet, the videos and the written material are ours. You may use them for your own household or business. You may not resell, republish, or redistribute them.
Limits. To the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability for anything arising out of these products is limited to what you paid us for them.
The Debt Out Sheet ($7): because it is a digital product delivered immediately, all sales are final. If it does not arrive, or arrives broken, tell us and we will fix it or refund you in full.
The Lab ($9/month): cancel any time inside Skool. Cancelling ends future billing. We do not pro-rate part-months.
If you think something has gone wrong with a charge, contact us before disputing it — we would rather just sort it out.
Read this part properly. Velocity banking works by deploying a line of credit against your debt. That line is often a HELOC secured by your home. Used incorrectly — or if the balance gets re-spent — the strategy can increase your total interest cost or put an asset at risk.
